Account authentication for German players

In line with the new regulations for our gaming license in Germany, we have a new account validation process.

This change means that all players on our German license, new and existing, need to provide documented proof of their age, identity, and address. As well as this, a request for verification documents can occur at any stage, not only upon your registration or first deposit.

Why do I need to validate my account?

This new process helps to protect players and create a safe gaming environment by ensuring that:

  • Vulnerable players, such as minors, don't have access to our services.
  • Each player has their own account.
  • We reduce the risk of fraud and/or duplicate accounts.
  • A real person with an active mobile phone and email address created the account.
  • We have the means to contact our players should the need arise.

I've already verified my account. Do I need to verify it again?

Yes. As part of the regulations, all players, new and existing ones, need to verify their account.

How do I validate my account?

The good news is that the new process is automated and easy to complete. Here are the steps you'll need to complete:

  • Step 1: Validate your mobile phone number
  • Step 2: Complete the Real Money form
  • Step 3: OASIS National Exclusion Register check
  • Step 4: Verify your identity using Schufa

Once this is done, we'll validate your account, and you'll be able to deposit, withdraw funds, and enjoy our tables and games.

Below, you'll find instructions for each step of the validation process.

Step 1: Validate your mobile phone number

You'll need to give a German mobile phone number to register an account with us. If you don’t have a German number (country code +49), you won’t be able to use our services.

Here's how the mobile phone validation process works:

  1. At the login, you’ll be prompted to enter your mobile phone number.
  2. Once your number is confirmed, we’ll send a validation code via SMS. Enter this code on the next screen.

If you don't receive the validation code, check the following:

  • If your number is on the “do not dial list” you won’t receive our message with the validation code. If that's the case, contact your network provider and ask them to remove you from that list.
  • Make sure your mobile and connection are switched on before requesting the validation code. Otherwise, you won’t receive the SMS with the code.
Step 2: Complete the Real Money Form

To verify your identity, fill in all the fields on the Real Money form. These are:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Birth Name
  • Place of Birth
  • Street Name
  • House Number
  • City
  • Zip/Postal Code


The personal details on the Real Money form need to match the ones shown on your identification documents. You'll also need to set your daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits:


Once that's done, our system will cross-check your details with the OASIS National Exclusion Register.

Step 3: OASIS National Exclusion Register check

OASIS is the German exclusion list, where players that want to exclude themselves from gambling activity can register. Registration on OASIS will ensure that self-excluded players won’t be able to register a gaming account with any gaming company operating in Germany. To ensure that self-excluded players can’t register on our website, our system will complete an OASIS National Exclusion Register check.

  • If your details are found on OASIS, your account will be suspended. You won't be able to play with us, but you will still be able to withdraw funds if you have any in your balance.
  • If your details are not found on the OASIS list, we’ll move onto the next stage of the process to verify your identity via Schufa.
Step 4: Verify your identity using Schufa

Once our system confirms that your details are not in the OASIS National Exclusion Register, it will verify your identity using a Schufa check. If it's possible to verify your identity via Schufa, we'll validate your account, and you’re good to go! You'll be able to play, deposit, and withdraw funds with us.

If you receive an error message, it means that your identity verification wasn't possible using Schufa, and your account will be set to temporary status. You’ll be prompted to upload your documents and start a “Liveness” check instead. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Select the type of identification document you want to upload (passport, or National ID card). Then choose whether you want to take a photo or upload the document from your device.

  2. Make sure all details are clear, legible and the 4 corners of the document are visible. If you decide to take a picture, make sure:
    • You’re in a space with good light.
    • All 4 corners of the document are visible.
    • There’s are no lights reflecting on the document.
    • The document is on a plain background, for example, a white piece of paper.
    • The image is not blurry.


  1. If the image is not clear or can’t be verified, you’ll see the following screen. In this case, select “Retry” to try again.

  2. Once the document is accepted, you’ll see a confirmation screen. Confirm your personal details by selecting “Confirm”:

  1. A final liveness check screen will show. Hit the button “Start Liveness” and face the camera at eye level.


  1. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm. Our system will need a few seconds to verify your identity:


  2. If the check is successful, you’ll receive the following message:


If the Schufa check fails, the account will have temporary status. You’ll have a €150 deposit limit until you verify your account. You can still play Poker, Vegas, and Sports, but you won’t be able to withdraw any funds until the verification is complete.
