Cash out button not working

If you are experiencing problems with our cash-out feature, please provide us with the following information:

  • Affected Bet ID (s)
  • Estimated time of the cash-out attempt(s)
  • What device are you currently experiencing the issue with? (e.g. iPhone 6, Laptop, iPad)
  • If known, what operating system does this device use? (e.g. iPhone OS 7.0.6, Windows 8)
  • What browser are you using to access our services? (e.g. Chrome, Safari)

Once we have received this information, we will investigate the matter in-depth and review our transaction log data. Keep in mind that as per our rules, 'the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in deciding such matters'.
