Received or purchased Free Bets not appearing

You'll see Free Bets in your account if your preferred currency is the same in which we issued the Free Bets.

If your preferred currency is USD but you get a EUR Free Bet, you won't be able to see it. So you'll need to switch your preferred currency to EUR.

How do I change the preferred currency?
Visit the Cashier, and choose Manage CurrenciesPreferred Currency. Then select your currency

For the update to take place, log out of your account and log back in if you're using our software or mobile app, or refresh the page if you're using our website.

Your preferred currency will show first in the Cashier and will be your default currency.
