Multiple accounts report and account sharing

The integrity of our games is of the utmost importance to us. We extensively review any reports of multiple accounts we receive.

Sharing your account with anyone or using someone else's account* to access the software or play at the tables is also strictly forbidden and in clear violation of our Terms of Service.

Contact us with the relevant information using the subject title 'Multiple accounts report'. We'll then conduct a thorough investigation of the reported accounts.

Tap on the menu (Android) or More (iOS) then:

If you are using the Next Gen app:

We'll take appropriate action if we find that the accounts reported belong to the same person. However, for privacy reasons, we'll not be able to disclose any information to you about actions taken.

*There are some exceptions to this rule e.g. if you're in the middle of a tournament, and your internet connection drops (or something else out of your control interferes with your ability to finish the tournament), then it is fine for a friend to finish the tournament for you.
