Changing password

To change your password, log in to your account and follow these steps:

  • Mobile App: Account → Login & Security → Change Password
  • Desktop (where available): Account → Login & Security → Change Password
  • Web Version: Account → User Account Details → Password

Before you can change your password, you will need to enter your current password, answer two security questions, and enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). This additional safety measure is part of our regulatory requirements.

Then, type in your new password in the last two fields and select Apply. The password must meet the following criteria:

  • is at least eight characters long
  • starts with a letter (A-Z, a-z)
  • contains at least one number (0-9)
  • does not contain your username
  • does not start with 'tmp'

You should then see a confirmation screen that your new password has been set up.

If you receive an error, ensure that your new password does meet all of the above requirements and that it is entered twice.
