Sending documents using our mobile app

To send us a copy of your ID card and bank statement via our mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the 'Account' button.
  2. Select 'Help'.
  3. Choose 'Submit documents':
    • On 'Category' select 'Account Security and Verification'
    • As Sub-category select 'Upload Documents'
  4. Write your message, attach your documents, and then tap on 'Send'.
